About The Role: We’re seeking a dynamic, people-driven Recruiter to join our team and lead the charge in hiring top-tier talent for our warehouse and hourly workforce. You’ll be the bridge between our operational needs and the hardworking individuals who keep our business running. Responsibilities
- Partner with warehouse managers and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, community outreach, and referrals
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate hiring events or job fairs
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly roles (e.g., pickers, packers, forklift operators, loaders)
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Build relationships with local workforce development agencies and schools
- Monitor hiring metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or hourly hiring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics preferred

Salary and Benefits
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 with bonus potential
