POSITION SUMMARY: The Recruiter is a dynamic individual that will facilitate the full-cycle talent acquisition process from sourcing and screening, to interviewing, and through the offer process and onboarding. This position is core to recruitment for field hiring, and serves as a liaison to candidates, hiring managers, and onboarding specialists. The Recruiter supports internal HR programs, project management of recruiting events, administration of HR systems, and strives for a seamless candidate experience. This position will support multiple hiring managers and multiple agencies within an assigned region. The staffing plans and timelines are substantial, so a positive, can-do attitude is essential to perform well in this role.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from requisition management, intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, decision/selection, offer, pre-employment and onboarding.

Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates, creatively utilizing market research, job boards, social media, networking and referrals, and direct sourcing to build candidate pipelines.

Utilize tools and resources to manage and track hiring activity, ensure compliance, and enhance recruitment marketing and employer brand.

Recommend process improvements, advanced recruiting approaches, and staffing best practices to increase efficiency & improve service.

Evaluate applicants by conducting structured interviews and reference checks.

Coordinate onboarding with onboarding specialists and agency staff to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Promote, leverage, and maintain all internal recruitment channels, including employee referral program.

Collaborate with leadership in identifying talent and develop strategies for critical roles.

Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Use HR systems (Workday) and technology to enhance recruitment marketing and employer brand.

Travel to agencies for recruiting events may be required.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Maintain confidentiality in accordance with 42 CFR Part 2 and all other policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Other appropriate tasks and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or commensurate experience required.

Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience.

Proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment supporting high volume recruiting.

Demonstrated success managing full life cycle recruiting process including developing overall recruitment strategy.

Experience working job fairs, career events desired.

Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain internal and external relationships in an ambiguous and fast paced environment while maintaining focus on execution and results.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS system (Workday).

Must be able to extract and understand information from multiple segregated data sites.

Detail focused and ability to set appropriate priorities amongst multiple competing demands.

The ability to support an environment that has multiple shifts and significant staffing ramps to support growth in current, and future, geographic locations.

Experience with Workday and HCHB strongly preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Excellent writing skills as well as superb interpersonal and verbal communication skills; a master at presenting information, ideas, and employment information is critical.

Excellent critical thinking skills and organizational abilities.

Able to effectively work with diverse levels of expertise; ability to influence and engage employees and peers.

Ability to effectively operate as a tactical as well as a strategic thinker.

Proficient at analyzing information and dealing with complexity.

Quickly and effectively identify and resolve problematic situations.

Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner.

Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.

Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation : B ased on experience. $70,000- $90,000
