Overview

Recruiter role at Bobyard – this is a full-time, in-person role in San Francisco, CA. Bobyard is a lean startup focused on automating construction takeoffs. You will work with the founder & CEO to hire world-class talent at scale.

Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process (source, screen, and interview candidates)
• Hire across multiple roles, including engineering, operations, sales, and related functions (e.g., full-stack, computer vision, ops, CS)
• Develop and promote the employer brand

Qualifications & Attributes

• Technical enough to conduct technical rounds for engineers
• Strong passion and work ethic; comfortable with startup pace
• Highly organized; able to hire quickly while maintaining quality
• Willingness to collaborate with a dynamic, driven team
• Interest in building a large, scalable company
• Compensation includes equity options; target range aligns with base pay
