What You’ll Do

• Schedule and coordinate high-volume interviews
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
• Manage interview logistics and ensure data accuracy in the ATS
• Support recruiters with candidate communications and materials
• Help deliver a seamless and professional candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of recruiting coordination experience
• Background in financial or professional services preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities
• Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
