Overview

Temporary Recruiter position at Richemont. 6 month temporary assignment. Role focuses on executing recruitment strategy and elevating the candidate experience for boutique and corporate positions, through full lifecycle recruitment, networking, relationship building, and talent pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies, share potential profiles from the pipeline, define the interview cadence, and share labor market intelligence.
  • Interview potential candidates against position-specific competencies and behaviors, conduct exploratory calls to identify high-potential candidates, and establish and maintain relationships with referrals while representing the brand.
  • Provide hiring managers with a diverse short list of candidates in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Research: Proactively build talent pipelines using ATS, social media, job boards, and field recruitment; maintain outreach to passive candidates for future vacancies.
  • Understand and communicate labor market trends, regional compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Identify and recommend innovative recruitment initiatives and digital enhancements.
  • Candidate generation lead and active sourcing for qualified candidates using various search tools and strategies.
  • Partner: Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers; create interview matrices; provide market feedback and updates throughout the interview process.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to enhance service delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Talent Directors/VP to create recruitment strategies by Maison and function to minimize time to fill.
  • Participate in staffing committees and talent sharing meetings to identify strong candidates and maintain an internal talent pipeline.
  • Ensure data integrity with the Talent Specialist; manage external vendor contracts and engage external vendors on key searches.
  • Contribute to global initiatives by partnering with talent colleagues across Maisons and regions.
  • Execute: Lead intake meetings, share candidate profiles, define interview cadence, and share labor market intelligence; provide hiring managers with a shortlist of candidates; create digital job ads for social media; coordinate local job/college fairs and community networking; maintain a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Report: Track and communicate interviews, placements, retention, and agency submissions/spend; maintain ATS notes and submissions; present recruitment activity and labor market intelligence to executives and senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • You are a people-magnet and expert communicator.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about luxury retail; interest in its history, heritage, and craftsmanship.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment with multiple searches simultaneously; 3-5 years in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels; able to manage a high requisition count (20+).
  • Team-focused with willingness to share resources, energy, and candidates; collaborative approach across time zones.
  • Digitally savvy with experience using ATS, social media, digital platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Integrity and confidentiality are musts.
  • Flexibility, empathy, influence, negotiation, and strong presentation skills.

Compensation: Expected Hourly Rate: $45-$55 per hour, determined by relevant skills and experience. This position is not fully remote: 4 days in office in Midtown Manhattan and 1 day remote.
