You will play a key role in connecting top candidates with leading companies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing to client consultation—while leveraging your expertise to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes. This position offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment with a balance of office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking platforms
- Manage requisitions and candidates using Bullhorn ATS
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure strong talent alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process
- Monitor key recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve results
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in high-volume or staffing agency recruiting, ideally within skilled trades or similar industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and clients
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, team-first mindset focused on achieving both personal and company-wide success
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
