Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking platforms Manage requisitions and candidates using
Bullhorn ATS Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure strong talent alignment Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and provide consultative support throughout the hiring process Monitor key recruiting metrics and adjust strategies to continuously improve results What You Bring
Minimum 1 year of proven success in
high-volume or staffing agency recruiting , ideally within skilled trades or similar industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with both candidates and clients Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills A collaborative, team-first mindset focused on achieving both personal and company-wide success High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelors degree preferred) Must be 18 years of age or older Seniority level
