About the Opportunity
We are seeking a resourceful and motivated Recruiter to join us as an independent contractor. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, networking, and identifying top talent in a remote and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills and fit
- Maintain accurate candidate records in applicant tracking tools
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for active and future roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with candidates as needed
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to deliver qualified candidates to clients
- Previous experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred
- Strong research and networking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
- Must have access to a computer, internet, and sourcing tools/job boards
- Flexible, remote work arrangement
