Position: Independent Recruiter (Commission-Only, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for open positions.
• Present top talent to Lumina Recruiting for client submission.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to find qualified leads.
• Work independently while meeting agreed-upon timelines.

Qualifications

• Staffing Services and Temporary Placement skills
• Hiring and Recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the trucking and logistics industry is a plus
