You'll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates across various departments while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across departments.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a remote or tech-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Competitive salary based on experience, Range from $70k-$110k
