Position: RECRUITER
Type: Direct Hire or Contract-to-Hire
Location: 100% onsite (Houston, TX 77041)
Salary Range: $70,000-80,000 annually DOE + bonus potential up to $18,000 annually depending on performance
Work Schedule: M-F, 8 am-5 pm
NOTE: Candidates MUST have experience utilizing and applying AI tools (e.g., CoPilot, ChatGPT) to improve HR workflows and reporting to be considered for this role.
Summary
We are seeking a professional and tech-savvy Recruiter II to join their growing Talent Delivery Department. This newly created role supports business expansion and is ideal for someone with full-cycle recruiting experience, a passion for healthcare, and a strong understanding of AI-driven sourcing and analytics. The Recruiter II will manage a high-volume requisition load, optimize recruiting workflows, and contribute to retention strategies through stay interviews and data insights.
Duties
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Candidate Experience
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for entry to mid-level roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, pre-boarding)
- Translate business needs into market-aligned search strategies and candidate value propositions
- Ensure a five-star candidate experience with timely updates and professional communication
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoPilot) for sourcing, screening, market mapping, and funnel diagnostics
AI-Driven Optimization & Analytics
- Build dashboards to track time-to-fill, submittals-per-hire, interview-to-offer ratios, and retention
- Apply prompt best practices and bias mitigation when using AI tools
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and internal policies
Automation-First Scheduling & Process Design
- Implement automated scheduling tools and workflows to reduce manual tasks
- Maintain process documentation and SOPs for scalability
Client Advisory & Retention Strategy
- Design and administer stay-interview frameworks for early-tenure retention
- Synthesize insights and recommend onboarding or engagement interventions
- Integrate feedback into future sourcing strategies
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and internal teams to refine profiles and reduce cycle time
Share market intelligence to shape expectations and offers
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 23 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or RPO preferred)
Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems
Experience with AI tools for recruiting and sourcing
Strong operational and analytical mindset
Experience with calendar automation and low-code workflows
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
