Senior Recruiter and Account Manager at Randstad USA | Expertise in Recruiting Strategies

Pay Rate: 30-40 (Based on experience)

Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Contract type: Contract role through Randstad - Potentially Temp to Perm - for now long term temp (potential to convert to permanent based on performance, attendance and business needs downstream)

Main Location: 6901 S Havana St. Centennial, CO is the office address they will report out of. Hybrid model. 3 days in office and 2 days remote per week. In office will be Tuesday Thursday each week. Tuesday will be at Corp and Thursday will be a "travel" day.

Travel: 25% travel - 5 manager visits per month at one of our 5 locations:

Principal duties and job responsibilities
  • Partners with hiring managers to develop staffing needs reviewing regular attrition rates, new business plans and potential retirements.
  • Develops strategy to acquire talent to assure vacancies are kept to facility specified levels, new and expanding programs are staffed for opening dates, and retirement replacement plans are executed.
  • Learns and articulates the business line to market positions to potential candidates.
  • Uses an intake process with hiring managers, develops recruitment plan and sets SLAs.
  • Sources and recruits to develop candidates. Develops skills to pre-close candidates during candidate intake.
  • Using Behavioral Interview techniques, interviews, resumes, credentials reviews and assessments, determines candidates who are a mission fit, meet the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities to be a good fit for the position.
  • Prepares salary offers and receives approval of the hiring managers.
  • Prepares and extends the job offer, sign on bonuses, seasonal agreement, relocation agreements and any other incentives. Manages counter offers as necessary.
  • Develops knowledge of benefit plans, incentives and corporate and facility policies and addresses applicant inquiries.
  • Maintains accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in applicant tracking system.

Knowledge and skills required
  • Understanding of ATS Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency with social networking and internet tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards

Education and experience required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Education and experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • RPO/Agency experience preferred
