Coordinator 5
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support for our recruitment efforts. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of hiring activities and supporting large hiring events across the Americas.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for hiring operations, including confirming interviewers and maintaining logs of changes.
- Maintain communication channels and track distribution lists, ensuring necessary communications are sent.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment to execute program objectives aligned with organizational growth strategies.
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to address program requirements and manage changes to hiring squads.
- Align with the sales operations team to detail hiring demands in the Hiring Tracker.
- Support and integrate recruitment best practices into the district office.
- Develop reactive training programs and lead educational sessions for employees and leaders.
- Research, analyze data, and present reports on trends, new project suggestions, and program progress.
- Engage with the Area onboarding function to ensure readiness for new employees.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent recruitment team to manage future and current hiring needs.
- Develop, review, and revise program policies and procedures.
- Provide advice on updating and interpreting programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in recruiting and coordinating with hiring managers.
- 6 years of experience in providing administrative support within an enterprise company.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience may substitute.
- Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and interpreting data.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills.
Work Environment:
The position is fully remote, with candidates sourced from any US time zone. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime expected.
Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
