We are seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support for our recruitment efforts. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of hiring activities and supporting large hiring events across the Americas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for hiring operations, including confirming interviewers and maintaining logs of changes.
  • Maintaining communication channels and tracking distribution lists, ensuring necessary communications are sent.
  • Collaborating closely with recruitment to execute program objectives aligned with organizational growth strategies.
  • Partnering with the Chief of Staff to address program requirements and manage changes to hiring squads.
  • Aligning with the sales operations team to detail hiring demands in the Hiring Tracker.
  • Supporting and integrating recruitment best practices into the district office.
  • Developing reactive training programs and leading educational sessions for employees and leaders.
  • Researching, analyzing data, and presenting reports on trends, new project suggestions, and program progress.
  • Engaging with the Area onboarding function to ensure readiness for new employees.
  • Collaborating with the Global Talent recruitment team to manage future and current hiring needs.
  • Developing, reviewing, and revising program policies and procedures.
  • Providing advice on updating and interpreting programs.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Essential skills include:

  • 8-10 years of experience in recruiting and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • 6 years of experience in providing administrative support within an enterprise company.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Additional skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent professional experience may substitute.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking and interpreting data.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills.

The position is fully remote, with candidates sourced from any US time zone. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with no overtime expected.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
