The Role

Physician Recruiter

As a Physician Recruiter at Serenity Healthcare, you'll lead the full recruitment process - sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top clinical talent. Your work ensures we continue to build strong, patient-focused teams across our growing network.

What You\'ll Do

  • Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates\' qualifications
  • Verify credentials and references
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages
  • Assist with the onboarding process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Attend job fairs and conferences

Requirements

What You Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year physician or provider recruiter experience preferred
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Experience managing and overseeing candidate evaluation, scheduling video and onsite interviews, and negotiating employment agreements
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc
  • Professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
