The Role:
Physician Recruiter As a Physician Recruiter at Serenity Healthcare, you’ll lead the full recruitment process - sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top clinical talent. Your work ensures we continue to build strong, patient-focused teams across our growing network. What You’ll Do: Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications Verifying credentials and references Scheduling and coordinating interviews Negotiating salary and benefits packages Assisting with the onboarding process Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Attending job fairs and conferences Who We Are: Using advanced medical devices recently released to market, Serenity Healthcare gives our patients long-term success even when other treatments have failed. High School Diploma or GED ·
Minimum 1 year physician or provider recruiter experience preferred ·
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases ·
Experience managing and overseeing candidate evaluation, scheduling video and onsite interviews, and negotiating employment agreements ·
Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc. ·
