$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Description:

As an Associate Recruiter, we are looking for you to have the balance of succeeding in a team-oriented and competitive environment. We look for candidates who thrive as self-starters with a dedicated disposition. The ideal individual will feel comfortable meeting new people on a frequent basis and be able to determine qualifications of applicants through professional communication skills. You will proactively learn how to recruit candidates while developing and establishing new business relationships. Excelling in organization is key for this role to maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

As an Associate Recruiter, you will learn….

  • How to target candidates/clients through various recruiting and sourcing tools
  • How to Screen and interview qualified candidates
  • How to Partner with our Sales Reps to present qualified candidates to jobs, identify top accounts, and target skill sets
  • How to execute a successful recruiting process from start to finish
  • How to educate and advise candidates/clients to build strong and trustworthy relationships with customers
  • How to Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts and candidates to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
  • & Much, Much, More!!!

Responsibilities:

  • Persistently search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources.
  • Ability to professionally carry out phone and video conversations.
  • Organizational skills to record client and applicant files in the system for updating and tracking.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met.
  • Taking initiative to assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Manage the process from interview through offer stage.
  • Be prepared to make 75-100 Sales & Recruiting Calls a day

Qualifications:

  • Have Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • At least 1 year of B2B Sales Experience
  • Be ambitious and motivated to achieve results
  • Display a strong interest in business development and sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven
  • Proficient organizational skills to help with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Microsoft Office
  • Interest in cold calling
