Responsibilities of the Recruiter

• Focus on the Hedge Fund and Financial Services Industry
• Engage in daily interaction with candidates and clients, execute searches, and manage marketing efforts
• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: identifying suitable candidates, conducting behavioral and technical screenings via phone and in-person, reference checks, negotiating job offers, and supporting candidates post-hire
• Identify candidates and clients through creative sourcing techniques, including warm canvassing, referrals, media leads, database mining, industry research, online and social networking, and industry events
• Perform research on companies, industry trends, and job functions to aid candidate identification
