SG Partners is looking to add a recruiter to join our team for a near-term start in our NYC office. SG Partners has been a leader in financial recruiting for 34 years serving clients in private equity, venture capital, private credit, hedge funds, real estate and investment banking in both investing and non-investing roles (e.g., IR & Fundraising, Portfolio Operations, Corporate Development). SG Partners has evolved and grown with the financial services industry to accommodate our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of the search process from identifying top talent through closing.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific objectives.
• Candidate assessment and search execution.
• Involvement in business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in a financial services or investor relations role.
