What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on technology roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and HR business partners
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
