HR Manager | People-First Company | Full-Time | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us! This is a high-impact, standalone HR role—perfect for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves while shaping the future of HR in a close-knit, people-focused environment.

As our HR department of one, you’ll manage everything from payroll and benefits to hiring, compliance, and employee engagement.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and process biweekly payroll through iSolved (hourly, salaried & commission-based employees).
• Lead open enrollment and partner with our benefits advisor.
• Be the go-to person for all things HR: policies, benefits, and employee support.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support compliance, business licenses, and HR administration.
• Partner with leadership on culture, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and internal policies.
• Be a trusted, approachable partner across all levels of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification (required)
• 3+ years in HR management or generalist role
• Hands-on experience with iSolved payroll (required)
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations & benefits
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and relationship-building skills
• Bonus: Notary Public certification (preferred, not required)
