TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global fintech firm to hire a Campus Tech Recruiter. In this role you will be responsible for attracting top talent from the top colleges and universities. You will play a key role in executing recruitment strategies, creating engaging intern programs, and ultimately helping to fill a pipeline of top-notch technical talent.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the broader campus recruiting team and hiring managers to develop and implement effective campus recruiting strategies.
- Identify and source candidates for a variety of technical roles.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, interested candidates from targeted schools for internships and entry-level roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts accordingly.
- Partner with firm leadership to design engaging intern programs.
- Assist with planning and executing virtual and on-campus recruiting events, including career fairs, tech talks, hackathons, and internship expos.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to assess the success of campus recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Report on key performance indicators, including conversion rates, diversity statistics, and event effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience recruiting for internship and early career talent.
- Experience working in financial services or technology required.
- Familiarity with technical roles and skills is a plus but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple high volume pipelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with students.
- Experience planning and coordinating campus events, both in-person and virtual.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting decisions.
Position pays a base salary range of $115,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for a discretionary bonus.
