Job Summary

As a Senior Provider Recruiter for our primary care practices across six states, you will own the provider recruitment operations for your target markets. Our mission is to improve the lives of people through high-quality care.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, engage, and onboard physicians and advanced practice providers
• Source providers through targeted campaigns, industry events, networking, and your professional network
• Track candidate activity through our ATS system
• Conduct preliminary screening conversations and schedule interviews with market and physician leaders
• Coordinate with stakeholders and market leaders to provide updates on recruiting progress, industry trends, and market analysis
• Manage the new hire onboarding process (credentialing, references, and related tasks) to ensure a quick and efficient onboarding experience

Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Experience

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in advanced practice provider and physician recruiting
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing advanced practitioners and other medical professionals
• Excellence in oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of immigration visas is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Some travel may be required
