Optomi has launched a new program called the Acadomi to help recent college graduates jump-start their careers in the IT staffing industry. Through the Acadomi, starting JANUARY 2026, we are growing our organization with hands-on training, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Recent Graduate candidates will work full-time with seasoned recruiters and account executives to gain a foundation for the IT industry – from best recruiting practices to account management.
