Position Overview
SilverLine Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to support a dynamic pipeline of recruiting projects. This fully remote, part-time opportunity is ideal for a self-directed recruiting professional looking for supplemental work or a consultant seeking to add to their project portfolio. This is a flexible engagement that averages approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential to fluctuate based on project demand.
Project Responsibilities may vary based on each project, and may include:
- Partner with SilverLine’s Recruiting Leads and clients to understand hiring needs and develop effective search strategies
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer support
- Manage active candidate pipelines across multiple roles and clients
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Maintain accurate and timely updates to our clients and/or our internal team
- Communicate regularly and professionally with clients and candidates
- Provide a polished, high-touch candidate experience from start to finish
- Adapt quickly to a variety of roles and industries based on client needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with limited oversight
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Comfort picking up new tools, including AI notetakers
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and client service skills
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential
- Experience recruiting for small businesses, startups, or nonprofits is a plus
- Comfort working in a fully remote, flexible, and fast-paced environment
