A recruiter in this role will act as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates, taking a consultative approach to understanding their needs. The ideal candidate will bring high energy and a competitive drive for continuous success. In addition, the right candidate is a proven performer with a history of excellent professional judgment and knows how to prioritize and sell ideas.

  • Establish relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Earn customer loyalty through superior service, integrity, collaboration, and responsiveness
  • Source candidates through phone calls, networking/referrals, and online sourcing
  • Engage and actively participate in accounting and finance networking groups

Requirements:

  • 1-5+ years of recruiting, sales, or finance/accounting experience preferred
  • 4-year degree or equivalent
  • Track record of success in a services environment is strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Team player with high integrity and professionalism
