What a Staffing Recruiter Will Do:

• Interviewing
• Adequately judging the quality of applicants for correct placement
• Counseling employees
• Listening to and applying constructive criticism

• Great customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable with computers; advanced user of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Ability to think outside the box
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License
• Prefer candidate with inside sales and/or recruiting experience

Things a Staffing Recruiter Should Know:

• Workdays can be long and unpredictable. Office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but the ideal candidate should be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings when needed)
• Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5 PM as needed
