Job Description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Duration: 12 months

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience. Duties will be assigned and prioritized based on the company’s evolving needs and will be, but are not limited to:

1. Execution of aggressive recruiting goals.
2. Direct ownership across a number of engineering or business groups.
3. Partner closely with stakeholders to define and execute hiring strategies.
4. Self-reliant in sourcing high caliber candidates.
5. Analyze and understand the areas of recruiting responsibility.
6. Report ongoing progress in an organized manner.

Minimum Requirements:

1. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. 5+ years of recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experienced with full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, recruiting, interviewing & closing).
2. Proven track record of success in the Silicon Valley.
3. Excellent communications & reporting skills.
4. Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
5. Motivated to deliver aggressive goals.
