What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing & Engaging Talent – Use job boards, social media, and networking to identify top candidates.
• Building Strong Relationships – Connect with candidates and facility leaders to understand their needs.
• Managing the Hiring Process – Screen, interview, and match candidates with opportunities.
• Closing the Deal – Help candidates land their dream roles while supporting facility leadership in building a stellar team.

What You Bring To The Table

• A background in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality—experience involving people, communication, and persuasion.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Location

Up to $25/hour. This is an in-person position, located in Brick, NJ.
