We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Recruiter with deep healthcare industry expertise (preferably Long Term Care) to join our Recruitment team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top leadership and hard-to-fill healthcare professionals across our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills, along with a proven track record of filling executive and specialized roles in the healthcare sector.
This is an in-person position located in Brick, NJ
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber executive and specialized healthcare talent.
Proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through networking, market research, cold calling, and relationship management.
Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, niche boards, associations, etc.) to uncover passive talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating assessments, reference checks, and negotiating offers.
Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers, including market insights, competitive intelligence, and compensation benchmarking.
Represent Marquis Health Consulting Services as a strong brand ambassador, ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
Maintain and expand professional networks within healthcare leadership, clinical, and operational communities.
Track recruitment metrics, analyze results, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years of executive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare.
Proven success in sourcing and placing senior-level candidates.
Extensive networking expertise with healthcare executives, clinicians, and industry associations.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build trust with leadership at all levels.
Proficiency in recruitment technology, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage confidential information.
