POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our high-performing talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions, including Acima corporate roles, Sales, Field Customer Support, and Call Center roles. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, a brand ambassador, and a relentless pursuer of top talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding for corporate, sales, field support, and call center roles.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers across Acima to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking events) to attract high-quality candidates.
  4. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles, especially in sales and field customer support.
  6. ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
  8. Hiring Metrics: Responsible for meeting or exceeding hiring metrics set by HR and Acima leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree
  2. 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  3. Proven success recruiting for various positions including sales (outside and inside), sales support, field customer support, and operations/call center roles.
  4. Experience or exposure recruiting for technical roles is helpful.
  5. Multi-location/field-based experience.
  6. Experience working in the fintech industry.
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build relationships.
  8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  9. Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Paradox, ADP) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  10. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  11. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
