Corporate Recruiter role at Acima. Location: Draper, Utah (In-Office). No Sponsorships. Upbound Group, Inc. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our high-performing talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions including Acima corporate positions, Sales, Field Customer Support, and call center. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to hiring managers, a brand ambassador, and a relentless pursuer of top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding for corporate, sales, field support and call center roles.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers across Acima to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, networking events) to attract high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles, especially in sales and field customer support.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Hiring Metrics: Responsible for meeting or exceeding hiring metrics set by HR and Acima leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience with at least 1 year in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proven success recruiting for a variety of positions including sales (outside, inside, sales support), field customer support, and operations/call center roles
- Experience or exposure recruiting for technical roles is helpful
- Multi-location/field-based experience
- Experience working in the fintech industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, Paradox, ADP) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
