Overview

Location: Melwood-PG Campus, 5606 Dowerhouse Road, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, USA.

Recruit neurodivergent candidates for a variety of financial technology positions at a leading global business. Build, develop, and maintain a database to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for quick turn-around for specific roles with the employer in targeted regions of the US.

Responsibilities

  • Screen and interview potential neurodivergent candidates to match qualifications, education, and skills to meet the employer's needs; interview using a combination of formats and methods to maximize the best response; identify final shortlist of candidates for each requisition.
  • Network with potential candidates and sources such as universities, colleges, and neurodivergent agencies using recruitment activities, tools, and platforms; build and maintain talent pipelines from external sources.
  • Provide periodic coaching to candidates to tailor resumes for specific roles; stay up to date with industry terminology, skills, technologies, certifications, and education to match qualified candidates to requisitions.
  • Manage updates for web pages, job boards, social media, professional networks, and other talent channels; keep postings current with latest trends and technologies to source qualified candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; conduct thorough data collection in designated systems; document in multiple management systems as needed.
  • Attend required training, professional development, project team and supervision meetings; participate in networking events; maintain regular communication with neurodivergent professionals, stakeholders, supervisor, and project team; escalate issues to the director as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven success with technical recruiting, experience with neurodivergent people, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience using a variety of talent solutions to source quality candidates, proficiency utilizing virtual platforms, resourcefulness and strong ability to build a solid network in various regions in the US.
  • Advanced proficiency preferred in UKG, ETO, LinkedIn, web platforms, social media.
  • Independent sourcing recruiter with ability to work with neurodivergent talent, may require additional assistance from project team.
  • Ability to be flexible when working with employed applicants to schedule screenings and interviews.
  • Occasional evening work may be required depending on turn-around.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or better.
  • 5 years in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
