Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manages the end-to-end recruitment process for the division including proactive sourcing, talent pipelining, posting job openings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, completing reference and background checks. Prepares offer letters and onboarding materials. Facilitates new hire orientations and ensures completion of required documentation and training. Participates in job/career fairs and community events. Supports high-volume recruitment efforts for seasonal workers (e.g., Camp Accomplish) including international recruitment and liaison with third-party vendors. Prepares and maintains recruitment and talent reports.
  • Employee Relations: Serves as a first point of contact for questions from managers or employees on HR policies, procedures and programs. Supports employee engagement and retention initiatives. Escalates complex employee relations matters to HR Manager.
  • HR Administration and Compliance: Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data. Assists with compliance responsibilities including audits, EEO and other reporting and policy updates.
  • Learning and Development: Helps coordinate training sessions and maintains training records. Assists in the creation of training information and materials including SOPs, PowerPoints, etc.
