Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter oversees the entirety of the recruitment process. Working closely with hiring managers, they identify staffing needs and requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. They proactively search for potential candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, networking, and job fairs. The Lead Recruiter evaluates resumes and conducts initial screenings to identify the most suitable candidates and collaborates with the HR team to drive compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Provide support to meet the talent needs of the business.
- Engage proactively with candidates, building strong connections.
- Develop a robust candidate pipeline proactively.
- Determine and employ appropriate sourcing techniques.
- Manage relocations and intern programs.
- Lead improvements to the recruiting process.
- Support initiatives aligned with the company’s employee value proposition (e.g., social media, events).
- Execute a high-touch process prioritizing unique sourcing approaches and career advisory practices to fill requisitions annually, emphasizing candidate quality over quantity.
- Maintain an acceptance-to-offer ratio of 80% and achieve key recruiting metrics (time to fill, diversity, internal promotions, cost per hire, and other focal metrics).
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the company, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
- Build trust as a trusted advisor and partner beyond the managers they collaborate with.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Build an extensive network and leverage connections to self-source and engage passive candidates for pipeline development and maintenance.
- Lead recruiting events and represent CWAN effectively.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reporting, analytics, and delivering compelling presentations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of technology experience in Fintech, finance, and tech spaces.
