Base pay range


$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr



Responsibilities



  • Strategically partner with sales management to craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to recruit financial services professionals to join MassMutual Great Lakes.

  • Generate and vet leads, manage interviews, and support leadership in talent pipeline growth.

  • Dynamically engage with social media platforms and marketing campaigns to draw in top-tier talent.

  • Engage with internal and external networks for candidate sourcing and referrals.

  • Uphold the firm’s integrity in talent management and champion diversity and inclusion.

  • Implement strategies to maintain engagement with potential candidates.

  • Screen for cultural fit and alignment with our core values.

  • Stay informed on our value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.



Qualifications



  • Demonstrated 2+ years of success in sales recruiting within insurance/wealth management/financial services.

  • A natural ability to network and build relationships.

  • Strong connections within Michigan (preferred).

  • Expertise in creating effective recruiting strategies and utilizing social media and recruiting technology.

  • Skilled in networking and community building as primary recruitment strategies.

  • An engaging communicator with a passion for financial services.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for recruiting sales roles.

  • Independent, outcome-focused, with strong organizational skills.

  • High ethical standards, integrity, and emotional intelligence.



Benefits and compensation



  • Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, experience-based with variable compensation potential.
