Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Strategically partner with sales management to craft and execute innovative sourcing strategies to recruit financial services professionals to join MassMutual Great Lakes.
- Generate and vet leads, manage interviews, and support leadership in talent pipeline growth.
- Dynamically engage with social media platforms and marketing campaigns to draw in top-tier talent.
- Engage with internal and external networks for candidate sourcing and referrals.
- Uphold the firm’s integrity in talent management and champion diversity and inclusion.
- Implement strategies to maintain engagement with potential candidates.
- Screen for cultural fit and alignment with our core values.
- Stay informed on our value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated 2+ years of success in sales recruiting within insurance/wealth management/financial services.
- A natural ability to network and build relationships.
- Strong connections within Michigan (preferred).
- Expertise in creating effective recruiting strategies and utilizing social media and recruiting technology.
- Skilled in networking and community building as primary recruitment strategies.
- An engaging communicator with a passion for financial services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a preference for recruiting sales roles.
- Independent, outcome-focused, with strong organizational skills.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
Benefits and compensation
- Salary: $65,000 - $75,000, experience-based with variable compensation potential.
