Overview

Location: Partially Remote - Indianapolis, Indiana (IN)

Salary: $75,295.00 - $104,957.00 (per year)

Responsibilities

  • Summary: Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process with a heightened focus on priority needs.
  • Provider Recruiter Core Responsibilities: recruitment of Physicians and APPs including but not limited to candidate lead generation, pre-screening, hiring leader hand-off for interviews, white-glove customized site visits, appropriate follow-up and job offers.
  • Maintain open and responsive communication between Provider Recruitment, AECN, Strategy, Sourcing, Residency and Hospital as well as Market executive teams.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring teams and Recruiting Assistants.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive white glove experience.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with GME leaders in the market and engage with GME classes to recruit and retain residents into full employment.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations, including salary, benefits, and relocation packages in conjunction with AECN leaders, Provider Compensation and Legal.
  • Maintain ATS with accurate information and meet defined SLAs and KPIs.
  • Work with leadership and clinical teams to prioritize and understand staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with internal promotions teams to create targeted campaigns for specific specialties or geographic areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

  • Education: Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in Executive, Broad-Based or Provider Recruitment. Healthcare and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Key Attributes: Elevated communication, adaptability, negotiation, networking, collaboration, strategy, patience, problem-solving, time management, and persuasion.
