Title: Senior Recruiter

Location: Tarrytown, NY (Onsite 5 Days/Week)

Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation

Pay Range: $68,000 - $78,000 Per Year

Description

Manage recruitment operations for non-physician roles in clinical settings.

Report to Talent Acquisition leadership, focusing on sourcing and hiring strategies.

Play a strategic role in workforce planning and recruitment marketing.

Ensure a seamless candidate and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment processes for clinical roles.

Post and manage job listings across various platforms.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and strategies.

Source and build talent pipelines for critical positions.

Conduct screenings and guide interview processes.

Coordinate onboarding processes and new hire orientations.

Partner on projects to enhance recruitment processes.

Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.

Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements.
