This role supports full-cycle corporate recruitment and staffing for Frontier’s hiring managers, with scope to handle positions up to Manager-level independently and collaborate with the Staffing Manager on Director-level and above.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide full-cycle strategic recruitment and staffing support to Frontier Airlines’ hiring managers.
  • Work independently on positions up to Manager-level; partner with Staffing Manager on Director-level and above.
  • coach and mentor recruiting staff to handle difficult staffing situations.
  • Screen resumes based on qualifications, create behavioral interview questions, and develop assessments to support candidate analysis.
  • Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders, tailoring approaches to cost, requirements, and role characteristics.
  • Source passive candidates through targeted strategies and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, updating leaders on progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Educate hiring managers on processes and guidelines; create descriptive requisitions aligned with branding and posting requirements.
  • Facilitate job offers in coordination with Compensation and current guidelines.
  • Coordinate pre-employment steps (fingerprinting, drug screens) and ensure completion in partnership with the team.
  • Organize and execute recruiting events, ensuring professional representation and timely execution.
  • Travel as required to support recruiting needs; ensure compliance throughout recruitment and interview processes.
  • Ensure advertisements and postings meet branding standards.

Strategic Staffing and Talent Pipelines

  • Develop strategic partnerships for workforce planning across supported departments.
  • Create and maintain candidate pools for ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Design proactive recruiting strategies to source quality talent, including senior-level management.
  • Identify and represent the company at career fairs and recruiting events with cost/benefit consideration.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field; combination of education and relevant HR experience may be considered.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
  • Prior airline experience is a plus; UKG Pro experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient; strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of behavior-based and competency-based interviewing methods; ability to make data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to travel as needed and to market the company effectively to external candidates.

Work Environment and Other Details

  • Standard office environment; typical in-office setting with appropriate heating and cooling.
  • Light physical effort required; occasional lifting of objects up to 20 pounds.
  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; salary range listed below and posting subject to close on or before 9/22/2025.

Salary Range

$62,000 - $86,366
