Pay Rate: Starting at $68,640 - $72,000 *based on experience

In this role, you’ll work closely with field leaders to help identify staffing needs, source candidates, and support a positive hiring and onboarding experience. You'll be trained on our systems and processes, and you'll be supported by a collaborative and experienced HR team.

Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews
Help facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding process
Maintain accurate candidate information in our applicant tracking system
Interest in a career in recruiting or human resources
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable learning new systems and using technology
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in recruiting (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruiting software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
