Our team is growing! We are currently looking for 2 Executive Recruiters to run full desks. This will include bringing on new clients and sourcing candidates for open job orders. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for Accounting and Finance, Supply Chain / Operations, or Healthcare Revenue Cycle. The position will ideally sit in Nashville but we are open to hybrid or fully remote for the right out-of-area candidate.

Brentwood, TN

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and attract new business
• Manage current clients while generating job orders in new areas of the department
• Recruit for Accounting and Finance, Human Resources, and / or Healthcare Revenue Cycle positions
• Work with a sense of urgency to screen candidates and submit candidates for open positions
• Build lasting relationships with both your candidates and clients
• Use various search engines to attract top talent
• Represent LNCsearch with integrity while recruiting and selling on a national basis

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years professional recruiting experience at an agency with proven success
• Strong desire to succeed and grow a team
• A proven track record of setting and exceeding sales / recruiting goals
