  • Familiarity with construction industry certifications, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional HR or recruitment certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS.
  • Demonstrated success in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the construction industry, including leadership, project management, field operations, and administrative positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to select the best fit for each role.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods such as networking, job fairs, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop workforce plans that align with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance the company’s talent acquisition efforts.
