About the Role

As a recruiter at Mammoth Brands you will source, interview, and hire candidates for a diverse set of roles. You will also advise hiring managers and interview teams to ensure a strong, unbiased, and efficient recruiting process.

What you will accomplish

  • Own full life cycle recruitment for hires across the organization
  • Recommend sourcing and hiring strategies and partner with the team to bring them to life
  • Develop partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams, coach on interviews and debriefs, and elevate talent standards
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners to understand organizational needs and talent evolution
  • Support People Operations to deliver a great candidate and employee experience throughout the talent lifecycle

  • Experience sourcing for multiple roles using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other tools
  • Fast learner who proactively engages with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Strong focus on candidate experience and ensuring enthusiasm for Mammoth Brands
  • Ability to challenge hiring managers to maintain high talent standards and increase talent density
  • Strong partnership skills and open communication with hiring managers
