As a recruiter at Mammoth Brands, you will play a critical role in helping to build our teams. You will source, interview, and hire candidates for a diverse set of roles and act as a consultative partner with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure a strong, unbiased, and efficient recruiting process. What you will accomplish

Own full life cycle recruitment process for hires across all areas of the organization Recommend ideas and strategies to source and hire bar-raising talent and partner with the team to implement them Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams, providing trusted advice, coaching on interviews and debriefs, and elevating talent standards Partner with People Business Partners to understand organizational needs and share learnings on a role-by-role basis Support People Operations to deliver a great candidate and employee experience throughout the talent life cycle This should describe you

Reporting to the Head of Talent Working within the People team Cross-functional collaboration with Hiring Managers across Mammoth Brands Benefits and perks

The base salary range for this position is $91,600-$120,000; final offer will depend on location, skill level, and experience.
