Position: Recruitment Consultant – Asset & Investment Management
Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York
Division: Permanent or Temporary Staffing
Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and place candidates across various roles, including back office, investor relations, office support, operations, treasury, and front office finance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team billing targets, contributing to the agency\'s growth and success.
Desired Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the asset and investment management sector.
- Proven track record of achieving high billings, with individual contributors consistently exceeding $1M.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
