Our client is a fast-growing startup engineering recruitment firm based in Denver, specializing in placing top engineering talent across industries that design and produce complex products, instruments, and equipment. From Aerospace and Medical Devices to Semiconductors and advanced manufacturing, they partner with organizations that are driving innovation and shaping the future.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Recruiter to join the team. This individual will run a full 360 desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from business development to candidate placement. The focus will be on direct hire placements within engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full desk, including both client development and candidate recruitment.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across engineering-driven industries such as aerospace, medical devices, semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing.
• Source, assess, and present top engineering talent for direct hire roles ranging from design engineers to leadership positions.
• Drive business growth by developing new client accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities and advise clients on the engineering talent market.

Qualifications:

• 36 years of experience running a 360/full-desk in engineering recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical and engineering disciplines, ideally with exposure to industries such as aerospace, semiconductors, medical devices, or complex manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and excited by the opportunity to help build a growing recruitment firm.
• Must be based in the Denver area (role is remote but requires local presence).
