Technical Recruiter

DatologyAI is rapidly scaling our recruiting team and looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to fuel this growth. As a Technical Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle process and partner directly with company leaders to build world-class teams of engineers and researchers. This role is for someone who is a builder at heart and energized by the chance to shape the recruiting function from the ground up.

What You'll Work On

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles
  • Partner with key stakeholders and leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and create effective search strategies.
  • Build and nurture relationships with candidates, ensuring a thoughtful and personalized candidate experience.
  • Drive structured interview processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and a high hiring bar.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies alongside the team to uncover specialized talent.
  • Use data and metrics to optimize the hiring funnel, improve conversion rates, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes and best practices as the company grows.

About You

  • 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally building teams in AI, ML, or other deep tech fields in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in closing senior-level and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Strong communicator who can influence, build trust, and drive alignment with stakeholders at all levels
  • Energized by ambiguity and high ownership, with a bias toward speed and results

Compensation

At DatologyAI, we are dedicated to rewarding talent with highly competitive salary and significant equity. The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $170,000.

  • The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
