Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Recruiter role in Baltimore, MD. You will work to execute all steps of the placement cycle for our customer and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
At Adecco, an On-Site Recruiter can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
This is a contract position that could turn to a permanent placement for the right candidate. Responsibilities for this On-Site Recruiter role include:
- Recruit potential applicants for current client openings.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Facilitate Adecco - specific on-boarding process.
- Engage onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
- Complete associate counseling in regard to performance and attendance when needed.
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
