Provider Recruiter
Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified physicians and advanced practice providers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process with a heightened focus on priority needs.
Provider Recruiter Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment of Physicians and APPs including but not limited to: candidate lead generation, pre-screening, hiring leader hand-off for interviews, white-glove customized site visits, appropriate follow-up and job offers.
- Maintains open and responsive communication between Provider Recruitment, AECN, Strategy, Sourcing, Residency and Hospital as well as Market executive teams.
- Coordinates interviews between candidates, hiring teams and Recruiting Assistants.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive white glove experience.
- Cultivates strong partnerships with GME leaders in the market and is a known presence with our GME classes, working to recruit and retain residents into full employment.
- Facilitates offer negotiations, including salary, benefits, and relocation packages in conjunction with AECN leaders, Provider Compensation and Legal.
- Maintains ATS with accurate info while holding self-accountability to defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Works with leadership and clinical teams to prioritize and understand staffing needs.
- Collaborates with internal promotions teams to create targeted campaigns for specific specialties or geographic areas.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
Education: Associate's Degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 2-4 years previous experience in Executive, Broad-Based or Provider Recruitment. Previous healthcare and/or sales experience preferred.
