Job Type: Full-Time

Droisys is hiring a Junior Recruiter / Client Relations Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. This is a fast-paced role for someone early in their career who wants to work in recruiting and client management in the tech industry.

You'll support managers, and clients in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while keeping clients updated. Expect a mix of recruiting work and client-facing tasks.

What You'll Do

  • Work with managers and clients to understand job needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Provide updates and handle client documentation.
  • Keep accurate records in the ATS.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

What We Expect

  • 13 years of experience in recruiting, client support, call center, or related work (internships count).
  • Interest in tech and recruiting for IT, software, and engineering roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who's open to feedback and wants long-term growth.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus. Training provided if not.
